I am delighted to share a pivotal experience that not only enriched my professional journey but also contributed to the realm of ethical leadership and sustainable development. In November, I had the honour of participating in the inaugural Executive Leadership Programme at the University of Wales Trinity Saint David’s Lampeter campus, a part of their Global Futures initiative. This programme, a testament to the combined efforts of international collaboration and visionary education, was designed to align with the Commonwealth’s objectives of democracy, development, and peace. My role involved engaging with a dynamic group of members from the Maharashtra Legislative Assembly, where we delved into the nuances of ethical leadership and its critical role in shaping a sustainable and harmonious future.
