Harmonious Entrepreneurship Competition

January has passed us by, but really looking forward to the fruits of labour on my Harmonious Entrepreneurship Society endeavours. My co-founder, Professor David A Kirby and I are thrilled to have gathered the sponsorship and support of a number of sustainability-focused organisations over the last few months to bring the dream of our inaugural HES competition to life. The online competition is in two stages. Stage one is focused on developing ideas in collaborative and creative spaces. Given participants face in the real world, a highly competitive funding environment, stage two allows the finalist collaborative teams to pitch for funding and investment. Throughout, participants will be asked to reflect on their learning. David and I aspire that the new business endeavours will disturb the status quo and create harmony between profit, people and planet.

Launch date for the competition, this year targeting students and staff of the University of Wales Trinity St. David and the International University of Malaya-Wales, is 2nd March 2022.
