New Emerald Publishing Entrepreneurship Education Publication

I’m excited to update on a new contribution to the field of entrepreneurship linked to my ‘Harmonious Entrepreneurship Society‘ endeavours. My chapter, co-authored with my HES co-founder Professor David A. Kirby, features in the esteemed Emerald Publishing/ISBE volume “Extracurricular Enterprise and Entrepreneurship Activity: A Global and Holistic Perspective, Vol: 19,” expertly edited by Dr Sarah Preedy and Dr Emily Beaumont.

Our chapter delves into the beta test of our pioneering Harmonious Entrepreneurship Online Global Student Competition I reported in past shares. Our collaboration involved esteemed colleagues and students from the University of Wales Trinity St. David and the International University of Malaya-Wales, Malaysia. The focus was not merely on encouraging entrepreneurial thinking but embedding sustainability at the core of business initiatives.

Through this initiative, participants are learning to craft enterprises that tackle global sustainability challenges while being economically viable and beneficial to society. This work not only demonstrates our commitment to a transformative educational approach but also serves as a model for integrating real-world applications in higher education curricula across the globe.

As recently reported in my HES blog below, the chapter not only underlines our research but also showcases the practical applications that are pivotal for nurturing future leaders equipped to handle global challenges.
