As an academic researcher passionate about promoting ethical, sustainable and socially impactful entrepreneurship, yesterday I had the incredible opportunity to share my work at the Learned Society of Wales’ ECR Network Colloquium hosted by Bangor University. This vibrant event provided a platform to not only lead a workshop empowering early career researchers with an entrepreneurial mindset but also to unveil the latest outputs from the Harmonious Entrepreneurship Society (HES) that I co-direct with Professor David A Kirby. Our newly published online booklet (in Welsh and English) showcase inspiring Welsh SMEs embodying the principles of Harmonious Entrepreneurship and contributing to the United Nations’ Sustainable Development Goal 16 on promoting peaceful, just and inclusive societies as well as Wales’ Well-being Goals.
