In celebration of my 200th post and the upcoming 6th anniversary of Emergent Thinkers, I’m thrilled to unveil a refreshed and more user and search-friendly website. Initially launched as a doctoral reflective blog and passion project, Emergent Thinkers has grown remarkably, attracting over 32,000 visitors from 162 countries. This global engagement and support deeply humble me.
In this continuing journey, I hope to share insights that help foster critical and creative thinking, and inspire a broader understanding of the world and our place within it. I am also proud that it tracks some key personal moments, both highs and lows, covering the joy of family and friendships, meeting with wonderful minds both locally and afar, my doctoral and publication milestones, and even the darker moments of grief, coping during COVID-19, and challenging the systems and prejudices in the world.
Overall, I have found the process to be cathartic and it has strengthened my reflective capacity. It has been the comments and engagement that have kept me going, and for that, I thank you.
The new website design affords for easier filtering through my core and diverse themes, including Phenomenology, Philosophy, and Thought, Wonder, Entrepreneurial Learning, Entrepreneurial Education, EntreComp, Educator Development, Sustainability, Ethical Entrepreneurship and Leadership, and my ‘Mind Behind’ Interview Series. Other areas covered include Be More Pirate, Technology and the Digital Age, Education and Learning, Personal and Professional Development, Health and Well-being, and Social and Cultural Change.
I do hope you take a moment to call in. Thank you for your continued support and engagement.
Warmest regards, Felicity
